Pete's Take...
Simon Sinek's TED Talk, How Great Leaders Inspire Action, changed my life. At the time, I was really digging to discover my own purpose and it was after watching that video that I realized one's purpose could be helping other people discover theirs. It lands so much more powerfully, right? I knew I had to talk to Simon and ask him more questions. This first episode of Wired for Impact, (recorded in 2012), was the result.
